Spurred on by encouragement to travel, I chose to make not one, but three trips this year! I have wanted to revisit England for some time, and a trip to Alaska was much overdue so along with my annual trip back home to California, I found that with recent reductions in airfare, I could afford three trips from Indiana this winter! Of course each and every trip was well documented, in fact, extensivly photographed with my new D1x digital camera. Nary a silver halide ion was exposed to photons on these explorations, nay, only a charged coupled device was exposed to what most consider ambient radiation. -- Um, in other words, I used my new digital camera almost exclusively over film.

AND thanks to wonderful improvements with connectivity worldwide! I'm using this site for my new travel pages. You see, I have one major flaw. That is to chose which photo(s) to present. I have never been good at choosing. And, I have in no more than three months, shot more than ten thousand, yes, 10,000, photos with my D1x. Well, more like 13,000, but who's counting. Well, anyway, my limitations have been pretty much abolished with this really cool toy.

Anyway, what I have are three consecutive travel pages, each with a few photos representation all I shots on each trip -- and I would like to present them here. England Alaska and California! Hm, maybe a trip to Poland is in order ;-)
